Cataracts:

A cataract is a clouding and hardening of the lens inside the eye. Cataracts are usually age-related, but can be congenital (from birth), and can develop more quickly due to certain medications, UV light exposure, eye trauma or surgery, or systemic conditions like diabetes and autoimmune disorders.
